Tidbits: Lancer 3rd party

Welcome to Tidbits, a collection of many small broken, unbalanced, untested, but mainly fun LCPs, either PC or NPC.
These ideas were sourced from a local blinkspace rift in the middle of my mind and directly, without any filter, engraved into LCPs so that they are (hopefully) ready to play!
Divulge into madness where the rules and "balance" of Lancer is optional and memes eternal. Enjoy!

These lines below apply to all LCPs.

Beware, ALL of the LCPs were not tested and were based upon ideas many would consider unnatural. Consult these with your local GM.

To adjust for the first point, all of the LCPs are quite small to allow GMs to have a finer control without the need to specify each items individually (note, you will probably still have to do so).

The LCPs might not be complete as in not show synergies and the sort. Expect little to no automation.

There is a custom rule, if there is written "Burst X within sensors" or an another notion of range, it means that you take your Burst X shape with the center included and then move it so that the center (or at least one space of the center in case of Size 2, Size 4, ...) is inside sensors or the another notion of range.
"Burst X of Y within Z" works similarly, but you take the Burst X shape of Y.

LCP Abstracts

Ulysses

SSC and Horus had a child. Simple Prepare action focused frame and license with two reaction based mods, iskander lite weapon (I did not know of Iskander prior of making it), Main cannon that deals 1 damage TM, Full action prepare and a JOJO reference.

Mahatma

HA found a Horus mech at their printer and said MONEY. Muscle wizard without Stress and free invades on Hit. He can only wield Superheavies tho. License contains:
A zone where all characters always hit their attacks, yes, including hostiles. Chakra invades which your allies and hostiles may benefit from. A lot of difficulties and accuracies. Forcing an activation or duplicating actions. Finally a Full tech capable Superheavy or a mod that creates Superheavies.

Holy (GM)

The Heaven has fallen, but its mechanisms stayed and joined a side. This LCP contains two NPCs, The Watcher, an overwatch focused NPC which waits for you to make a wrong move, and the Anchor, a mess where I tried to fit everything which obviously failed, but generally wants to stay the same or say NO.

That's all. However in the future, when I get yet an another very balanced idea, I might add it here. After all, this a collection of very small LCPs, where else should I put them?

One thing is certain though, no PDFs will ever appear, I am too lazy to make them.
